and unpacking operations. Supervisors are involved in all processes. Material handlers are
responsible for moving items within the warehouse. Technicians have the tasks of repairing
defective returns as well as inputting new data to associate with the product after repair.

The large part of the Excel sheet, Returns, will be explained in the following paragraphs. There
is a large amount of information comprised of Return Products, Return Products (2D Barcodes),
Return Products (RFID), Return Products (2D Barcodes+RFID), After First Time Return
Products, After First Time Return Products (2D Barcodes), After First Time Return Products
(RFID), and After First Time Return Products (2D Barcodes+RFID). The objective here is to
capture the value of AITs by taking into account the time saved which results in a reduction in
labor costs. Hence, the technique here is to determine the current time and costs associated with
return product operations and compare those costs and times to the same operations while using
AITs. First, consider the information listed under the Return Products which will provide a base
for comparison when comparing the values of the other AITs. This data represents the current
